Introduction : 
The demand for tubes in today's various industries, free of  ends, ripples, with a very high degree of straightness, requires machines of higher precision & accuracy. 

For this purpose "JAROS" offers a range of "TUBE STRAIGHTENING MACHINES", catering to various requirements, size & types of tubes. 
Basically it has 2 types with six roll & ten roll design, as per the tolerance required

Function : 
The tube straightening machine is working on well known rotary principle which gives a very high degree of straightness & minimum marking on both inside & outside of the tubes. The function of tube straightening is based on the machine rolls. This rolls allows the tube to be rounded during straightening. 
The rolls are arranged in two pairs. One for upper and the other for bottom side. The upper side rolls are connected with a motor and the bottom side rolls are connected with a motor and the bottom side rolls are connected with the another motor. Both side rolls are driven automatically through motor & gearbox. 
The rolls are easily adjustable to give line contact between rolls & tubes. This gives  the support to the tube during straightening & it will be possible to straighten a tube of very thin thickness without any damage & with a high surface finish. With the help of "JAROS" make straightening machine no other accessories are necessary to straighten a tube

Main Features : 

1. Consists of two totally enclosed, self lubricated gear boxes with three / five output shaft, connected by a special type universal joint. 

2. The rolls are of alloy steel hardened, profile ground & lapped to a super finish, to accommodate the widest range of tube. 

3. They are mounted on the machines with standard features & shall be independent for higher capacity machine.

4. Greasing nipples provided for regular greasing. 

5. Entry guides are special rubber bushes. 

6. The machines are provided with independent cooling pumps. 

7. The machines are spray painted with enamel paint as per party's requirements.
