FUNDAMENTAL FUNCTION OF MACHINE:

The Strip (Flat) Straightening Machine is working on well known rotary principle which gives a very high degree of straightness & minimum marking on each side of Strip (flat). The function of Strip Straightening is based on     the machine rolls. This rolls allows the Strip (flat) to Straightening and even ness in thickness during straightening process.

The rolls are arranged in two way upper roller and bottom roller. The flat has been passing through the roller, the degree of rollers allows flat to pass between them.

The upper four rollers are free roller connected to top roller guiding unit, and hand wheel which provided the roller the up down movement for applying the pressure to negate down the bends of the flat

The upper rollers are also connected with the front hand wheels of the machine which provide the horizontal movement of the roller. This horizontal movement is provided to adjust the different size of the Strips (Flat) width.

The 5 of the boatman roller are connected with the gear box of the machine with the help of bottom roller shaft which provides the driving force to pass the flat through roller.
